
Kelly has been involved in public practice since 2004 in both large and small accounting firms in the Geelong area and has been a full CPA member since 2009. In 2009 she started Fix It Business & Bookkeeping Services, a home-based bookkeeping business that she ran along side her work for other accountants. In 2015 she gained her tax licence and Fix It Business became an all round small business solution with a very casual relaxed vibe. This has given her the unique ability to use a variety of different accounting programs such as MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero better than most people and she is happy to teach clients how to use whichever program they desire. She has a unique insight into small business having run her own from home, and combined with data analysis is able to help clients understand their books and help combat and counter many of the problems that small business face on a day to day basis with her value-added insight. Kelly is a straight talking, down to earth, honest person who will tell you the truth, even if you don’t wish to hear it!
Her achievements include Advanced Diploma of Business Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting & Financial Planning, CPA Program, Certificate IV Small Business, CPA Public Practice Program.
As she likes to be proactive, she regularly mentor’s clients in how to manage their bookkeeping and tax obligations and specializes in the 3 main programs available.

Sean and Geelong Accounting merged their business in July 2021. Prior to that, Sean has run his own Torquay based practice for over 10 years. Moving forward, he will be based out of the Surfcoast Financial offices, still down in Torquay. He has completed his CPA and is a currently active member of the Institute of Public Accountants. Along with his accounting degree, he also has a degree in Economics and a Diploma in International Trade. His prior work life history includes Senior Management Roles, along with other various small business he has created and on sold.
He enjoys assisting in the growth and development of his clients’ businesses, regardless of which industry they are in. He is known as an honest, diligent, down to earth straight talker, who works with his clients. He loves surfing and all things Torquay.

Isaac began working in accounting in 2023, with his work history prior to this in retail, and joined Geelong Accounting in early 2025. He has completed his Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Property & Real Estate, and along with the H&R Block Tax Course for individual tax returns, is well set for both tax and accounting work. Isaac enjoys working with clients to help them understand their financial position and is learning accounting programs such as Xero, Quickbooks and MYOB. He currently splits his time both at our Geelong and Torquay branches and is gaining experience in all levels of tax and accounting under both Kelly and Sean.

Helen has come from a background in the banking and financial services sector. She started as an office manager and later became a para planner. In 2005 she completed her Diploma of Financial Planning and in 2004 started her journey with Geelong Accounting initially processing tax returns. In the following years she learnt small business financials before finally beginning her work with self managed super funds. She now helps up to 220 super funds with their year end and compliance responsibilities.

Tamara has worked for Fix It Business since 2016 and comes from a Retail background. She has completed her Certificate IV in Accounting at the Gordon, along with the HR Block Tax Course for individual tax returns. She has experience with data entry and coding, client payroll requirements including payroll lodgement issues and weekly payroll, trade debtor and creditor processing and reconciliations, bank reconciliations, BAS lodgements, and currently runs the books for a range of different trades including businesses with job cards and timesheet requirements.
She uses the 3 main programs available, and regularly works with clients to help in their bookkeeping issues.

Aline comes from a Retail/Hospitality background, primarily working in her family business. She also has a Diploma of Specialist Make-up Services. She has completed the HR Block tax course for individual tax returns and has an interest in bookkeeping. She has experience in all forms of her family business, and is learning the ways of the bookkeeper, including payroll, data entry and coding, bank reconciliations and BAS. She can use all 3 main programs, being MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero.
